Studio with kitchenette on ground floor in lakefront condo complex in Tahoe Vista. Private beach, boat pier, fireside lounge, swimming pool, year-round spa, pool table, lawn, BBQ, coin-op laundry machines.

Studio has a space-saving tilt-up queen-size bed and a futon couch. Queen-size bed easily pulls down from wall (shown to right in Interior photo). 2 TV's, one with DVD/VCR.

Very close to restaurants, golf, casinos, downhill & x-country skiing, boat rentals, supermarket. 15 minutes from Northstar Ski Resort. Tahoe Vista / Kings Beach area. Full season ski lease available. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults plus 2 children for rentals exceeding 15 days.

Rent, security deposit and cleaning fee must be pre-paid by cashiers check, money order, or credit card through PayPal.
